Wilderland's approach towards technology is that it is a powerful and necessary tool for personalizing education, preparing children for the modern world, and engaging children in deeper and more immersive academic experiences. Technology, however, also has its downsides. It has been programmed by some of the most intelligent people in the world to manipulate human behavior, which is even more problematic for a child with a partially developed prefrontal cortex. So we believe in technology with guardrails, to protect children from intermittent variable rewards and attention-driven business models.
